Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Delivery is available to the United States and to almost every international destination — if your country appears at checkout, we can reach you.

Processing time

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive in 7–10 business days. This is a genuine estimate rather than a guarantee — customs clearance and carrier handovers can add time, particularly around public holidays. The estimate shown at checkout is the one that applies to your order. Many of our pieces come from small specialist workshops rather than a single warehouse, which is why they travel further than a next-day parcel. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

• Orders of $75 or more — free shipping, worldwide.

The same rates apply wherever you are. We do not charge more to deliver internationally.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If tracking has not updated for several days, this is usually a gap between carrier handovers rather than a lost parcel — but email support@vandora.us and we will chase it for you.

Orders with several items

If your order contains items from different workshops, they may arrive separately and on different days. You will not be charged more than once for shipping.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us immediately — we can usually correct it before dispatch. Once a parcel has shipped to an incorrect address we cannot recover it.
