We take care to describe products accurately, including materials and dimensions in both centimetres and inches. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the physical item. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information so that we can complete your order and contact you if needed.

5. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. By providing payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and set out in our Shipping policy. Estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

Electrical products must be installed in accordance with local regulations. Where installation involves mains wiring, use a qualified electrician. We are not liable for damage or injury arising from incorrect installation or use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
